These pictures show a "Shed" (hangar or galera) which has served us for the storage of not only our jetskis when coming from Gallo Island, but also to store our boat here... at Panama City as well as construction materials to be used at Gallo Island, preserving it all together and using the public ramp located within to ship via sea to the island. The shed is also for sale to facilitate any island's prospects storage, transportation and indoor boat storage.
Diablo is the area where the public boat ramp is located. The property is about 120 M2 (under air conditioner)... about 1,290 Square feet. It has 4 Split type air conditioners. The land is about 340 M2 (3,660 Sq. Ft.). On the inside you will find two (2) stories. On the first floor is the boat and other storage area, a laundry area, living/dinning/kitchen area and one full bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms with large closets. The boat and storage area is divided by a ¾ (not floor to roof) wall. On one of the sides we used to stored our 23´boat and other “junk” and on the other side we had a set of 2 identical jet skis on a double trailer, two 4x4 motorcycles and a lot of boxes. The first floor is all-ceramic tiled (including the boat storage area) and the 2nd floor is of good quality rug. There is enough space to expand on the 2nd floor as well as add on the external side. The full property is protected with an alarm system that includes motion monitors. The walking in door also has a security-bar door and the main (boat entrance) are two huge iron doors closing between each other by two locks (2 doors and 2 locks on each side). On the outside there is a large concrete front floor where additional boats, cars, etc. Could be parked and right at front there are two iron bars to close the parking space for additional privacy at your election.
The area is guard secured 27/7/365 by the National Police since right at the entrance after crossing a little bridge there is a National Police small station (right next to the ramp).
